What size are the prints?

The prints are 11X14 which is a ready-made frame size.  You can purchase a frame at any local art supply store.  The framed and matted prints are 16X20.

Can I change the wording?

Yes.  We can change, add, delete or move any of the words.  You can add in a bible verse or special family saying. 

How long will it take to receive my print?

It takes 2-3 weeks to receive your print. 

What if I don’t know the baby’s information?

We can send you a gift certificate to give to the new parents or we can email you a gift certificate.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalization of the prints we only accept returns if an error has been made in the personalization.  If an error was made the customer can choose to have a new print shipped to them as soon as possible or can receive a full refund.  Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.  If you are unhappy for any reason we will do everything we can so that you are completely satisfied with our product.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payment through Paypal or personal check.

Do I pay sales tax?

No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of Tennessee. We are required to collect 9.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Tennessee address.
